Accepting both insurance and non-insurance billed appointments at this location.
If you plan to use insurance, check your plan to see if Dr. Congdon is a provider on your plan or if Naturopathic Medicine visits are supported. Dr. Congdon is contracted with several health plans in Washington State.
The scheduling team at Bastyr will also your collect insurance information when you schedule and may be able to offer help understanding how to determine this.
Visits only available for people in the state of Washington at the time of their appointment.
